My first thought is too strong of light and / or underwatering it. This gal needs bright indirect light around 350-400 FC and water it when the soil is dry to the touch. If you are in an area with low humidity, I'd put it on a pebble tray or near a humidifer. They like average to high humidity like around 50%.
