Any idea what kind of Philo this is?

I got this last year as a prop from the beautiful @AwesomePlants and took forever getting it out of moss and now I forgot what it is and so has she 🤣🤣🤣. 
When I try Google lens or here on Greg it's telling me it's a blushing Philo 🙄🙄🙄🙄 or a silver sword. It's not.
