Gorgeous! I absolutely love the pink ficus in the back πŸ₯°
@Shaubplantshack She's showing a winter tan from the full sun in the #BackyardGreenhouse
@RJG love her! She is on my wishlist!
Love the #ficusfam!
It is so hard to choose a favorite! My variegated weeping fig at the top of my list!
It truly is great @GatherandGrow
@RJG stunning!
i can't wait for the el dorado to be that big
My mother-in-law has one with a braided trunks it looks more tree-like. I can’t decide if I like that or the bushier look!
@RJG beautful olant! Love the variegation!
@GatherandGrow I think I'll eventually make this one more tree like and propagate the cut branches
@RJG I would like to do that with mine as well. He is still little though!
I dig it! A lot of green πŸ’š
I've been considering a triangular ficus because I really enjoy variegation in my plants. As someone with no experience in ficus care, would this variety be an okay place to start, or is there another that you would suggest I try first?
@tmbryant37 a good eye. It's one of my favorites!

full disclosure that was the hardest one for me to make happy. we fought for about 6 months. I think the easiest variegated ficus is a benjamina. i took a picture close for @GatherandGrow above. (The first bigger one not the second)
@RJG It's beautiful! Do you recommend getting one that is already established, or should I begin with a starter plant so it only ever knows my home environment?
@tmbryant37 I've never really had the opportunity to choose πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. I bought what was available and then went from there. Really depends on your budget.
@RJG I'll pay a visit to my local garden center and see what they have available. If I don't like my options there I'll order from one of my trusted shops on Etsy. Thanks for the advice!
@tmbryant37 anytime!
@RJG πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸŒ±πŸŒ±I LOVE YOUR PATIO!!! Look at those plants.

Ah! I’ve been considering putting my lyrata outside this summer as well, though I’m afraid my area may be a bit too dry πŸ€”
@zay I'm in austin Texas if that helps at all
