They'll be fine! Just leave the one still in the pot as-is and it'll grow back. For the broken piece, remove a few sets of leaves from the bottom of the stem, then let the stem callous over for at least a week. After that you can stick it in soil with the other plant or in a pot of its own. You can also propagate the leaves you remove! Just lay them on some soil and lightly water every so often, eventually they'll grow roots and/or a little pup! Btw, there's a correct way to remove leaves for propagation: using your thumb & index finger, grip the leaf right at the base where it meets the stem and gently twist back & forth until it comes free.
