Mihanovichii or anisitsii?

Hmm found out there's Gymnocalycium anisitsii aside from mihanovichii… anyone can give an exact ID on mine? #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #SucculentLove #PlantTherapy #NewPlants #NewPlant #SucculentSquad #Succulents #Succulent #SuccerForSucculents #succulentsaturday #CactusClique #Cactus #Cacti #cacticollect #MoonCactus #RarePlants #GregGang #Greggers #GreggersSupportingGreggers

Let the answers begin lol. Anisitsii seems to be more rounded at the top. Having looked at Mihanovichii a bit - e.g. cleaning bugs off of mine for a year - I vote that one.

But, like, this is my choice based on having two possibilities and the availability and popularity of G Mihanovichii.
@thenonnon would you think that the variegation will grow somemore? I'm still new to cacti and i don't particularly understand how these ball-shaped ones grow from the centre but can still remain stuck at a certain size
Awe, you found a Gymnocalycium! Congratulations I know you've been wanting one. That's exciting, it's very beautiful.

Have no idea on an ID, I don't own any just wanted to say congratulations 🩷
@SuperbRaspfern i WAS going to get another succulent to try first, but this one was $5 and I'll probably get another in the future coz i really love them [plus, i want the ones with segmented variegation :) ]
@Araceae They are really neat plants. Gotta say I would probably add one too if I happened to see one while out!
@Araceae That is a good question, and I do not know. I had this really crazy hybrid that lost all yellow in a few months. It was born in a greenhouse with perfect conditions that I could not provide lol.
