I recently overwwatered my false shamrock. Is there any way to save it?

I repotted and put some new soil in it, but the old soil was still pretty damp, and I watered it almost a week ago. I wasn't able to get rid of all of the old soil since the roots were going crazy. #PurpleShamrocks

Hi Millie, welcome to Greg!

How were the rhizomes? If they were still firm you're likely ok.

If they weren't or you're still worried you can always cut back the foliage, remove the rhizomes from soil and lay them out to dry a few days, then replant them.
I will have to check tomorrow and see how they are, thank you!!
