Two thoughts: The brown marks look a lot like leaf burn, but typically, this would be located quite obviously towards the light source, so I am leaning more towards a watering issue. It looks like your bathroom, so I assume humidity is quite high, but you can get a cheap hydrometer for a dollar or two (low humidity can cause brown edges). Do you bottom water so that the soil is well saturated and then allowed to drain? Also, make sure that you don't water on a schedule. Rather, use a moisture meter, a chopstick, or even weight to gauge water needs. A clearer Pic may help. Also, more info regarding your soil and the general microenvironment. I'll check back....
