Can you take a closer picture of your plant? It looks like it might have mealybugs. I just want to rule out pests.οΏΌοΏΌ
I really think you are dealing with mealy bugs and I want to rule that out.
EDIT: if it is mealy bugs, then you take a rubbing alcohol saturated cotton swab and wipe them away. Continually use the alcohol to wipe away the mealybugs. Give it a good rinseοΏΌ afterwards.οΏΌοΏΌ
Continue to look after the plant for the next few weeks to a month to make sure the bugs do not return.οΏΌ Mealy bugs consume the sap from the plants and will inhibit growth.οΏΌ

@everyonewelcome like @sarahsalith said if your dealing with Mealybugs here is a solution. Mealybugs can be treated by pruning, and dabbing a rubbing alcohol soaked cotton swab on the infested areas.
