Help! What could be the issue here!

I got this beautiful baby from Greg's shop. When she arrived there were 2 small areas I thought were from shipping. One was a slit with what looked like it had something shiny all around it and the other was a gray wrinkly spot. The plant has gotten progressively worse over the last 2 weeks. I did treat with neem today and plan a repot tomorrow. For sure some leaves are dying. They are all yellow on the edges. Any info you can give me in taking care of him will help. Thanks in advance. #happyplants #plantaddict #plantsmakepeoplehappy #alocasiaaddicts #silverdragonscale #jodisplace
1ft to light, indirect
6” pot with drainage

Everything Audrey said! My Silver Dragon guttates like crazy if I just slightly over water it. Make sure you wipe of any water on the leaves. I would also give it some more humidity. My alocasias love their humidifier or you can give it a pebble tray. Dry leaves, moist air. They are so picky.
Sorry so long in responding, @PoisedAlbo @Herbologybadger, my great grandson 1yr old was here visiting with news he's going to be a big brother. I am so blessed. Thank you both for the info. I have been worried about that soil but wanted to let it settle in the 2 weeks in isolation before repotting. Should I remove the affected leaves?
I would as long as it’s not more than 30% of its foliage.
Thank you @Herbologybadger will do.
@PoisedAlbo @Herbologybadger just thought I would share. Diseased leaves removed. Repotted from 6 to 8 inch terracotta. Prayers to the plant gods for a good recovery for Sea Smoke. Thanks again for you help.
@PoisedAlbo @Sara @RealSimpleMama @TheOddAsity #gregplantshop #happyplants #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantaddict #alocasiaaddicts A follow up...none of it good. After 2 treatments with neem. 2 treatment with bonide anti fungal and repotted. Now this is where we are at. If I cut off all affected leaves there will only be 2 babies left. SHOULD I remove just the affected parts at this point? Give it a smaller pot and keep treating? I really really need some advice. Thanks in advance.
Oh no. I’m so sorry (although congrats on the new grandbaby yay!) - I know you and this poor plant have been through a lot. Here’s what I would do.

I’d unpot. Rinse the roots and make sure they’re not rotted, and spray the hell out of them with hydrogen peroxide. Let it sit out to dry for an hour or two. Then repot in a much smaller pot with fresh chunky mix. I’d get it out of the bright light and let it rest. It’ll probably still look like crap for a bit but give it time to recuperate. I hope that helps! πŸŒ±β˜€οΈβ€οΈ
I agree with @PoisedAlbo and @RealSimpleMama. Those are the steps I would take. Make sure you don’t use any of the soil you pulled it from.
Thank you all for everything. I have done as suggested new pot new soil roots look great. Now we wait. Next step if no results is to ask for a new plant.
