What do I do when the leaves are turning brown at the edg...

@YiftCorkoak58 hello Anita! And welcome to Greg. π
I notice several things right off:
first it looks like itβs too small for the pot that you have it in and that does not help it get the proper watering it needs. Your container needs to be about 2β larger than the root ball itself.
Second your card info says this container does not have drainage holes, and if this is true there may be standing water in the bottom and your roots cannot get the proper air flow it needs. And that brings me to my
Third thing, (your roots) and if they are in good shape or mushy and smell. If so you will need to clean off and clip what are bad and spray with a peroxide/water mixture for your roots and let dry a bit before you pot back up.
Making sure this is the correct type soil for what it needs. I always research the soil mix before I pot a plant up. (peat moss or coconut coir with perlite or vermiculite)
They need only indirect light. Maybe a few feet from a window with sheer curtains and warm air. I actually have mine near my ceiling on a flower rack for the warmth. Under a grow light.
The brown edges will not go back green so eventually you will need to trim them off.
Water this only when soil completely dry to touch like a succulent, maybe water approximately every two weeks depending on the soil if dry.
Keep us posted on your progress!
