These are really picky. Cool, but picky. They need warm temps consistently and high humidity at least 60%. Otherwise they start to turn yellow, then brown and eventually die. The only way I have been able to keep mine alive is with a terrarium. Otherwise they just die leaf by leaf. It actually looks really big too so it might be too large to squish into a small terrarium.

Another option would be a humidifier placed really close to it. Don’t mist it does not work and leads to fungal infections.

This is what I would try.

1. Place near an interior wall. You want to keep the temp stable since they are very sensitive to temp changes.

2. Increase humidity somehow by using a humidifier, pebble tray with some water in the bottom to evaporate but not so much that the plant sits in water.

3. Best choice is a humidifier or a terrarium.

It is a beautiful large fern that you have! πŸͺ΄β€οΈ
Your card says it doesn't have drainage. That could cause overwatering. Repot into a pot with drainage.
@SuperbRaspfern described everything else splendidly, although i wouldn't find ferns to be that fussy [although they are native here]
Thank you
