I've never had a little missy sedum so not too sure 🫣 My lemon coral sedum gets these little dry bits all along his older stem as the leaves die which looks a little similar? He isn't too old yet and my first sedum so still watching and learning with him if it's a good thing or a bad thing but I'm not feeling any red flag vibes from him so I don't think he is in distress 😛
My gut says what you have in your picture is natural life cycle activity but maybe someone with experience will show up and set us straight haha 😂
