What is growing in the soil?

Just noticed this. I water as the app suggests. Plant seems to be unbothered by it. Should I be concerned? Is it due to over watering? Do I need to redo the soil?

Your right your plant won't mind it. Many soils actually have it added. It's called mycorrhizal fungi and is beneficial to your plants. Although it's not pretty to look at it actually helps your plant. They provide water and nutrients to your plant.

You can kill is off by misting the soil with 1 part peroxide + 3 parts water. If it really bothers you you can water with the peroxide mixture next time you water.

So, no need to redo the soil it means your soil is actually healthy âĪïļ
