By no means am I an expert, or even a novice, on grafting but I would imagine the care routine would be that of a moon cactus. But let me tag some other folks who may be better suited to answer your questions @Michelle5986 @UltraKoreanfir @vvvelo
Wow! What an impressive moon cactus! I don't know much about this particular variety, but generally, cacti appreciate cactus potting mix, they like to be watered about every 21 days, they are very slow growing, and they like a lot of direct sunlight. For a cactus with a graft like this, you should go with the watering schedule of whichever cactus is on the bottom, because that's the one with the roots in the soil. They should have pretty similar care needs though, I find most cacti do.
@ResilientRuby Welcome to the Greg ! Moon Cactus requires abundant, bright and direct light. Place it less than one foot from a window to ensure it receives enough light to survive .

thank you guys. I'm so intrigued by this variety, I want to know how the fruit on top became when they can only survive on another cacti and the other varieties.. fair to say im fascinated with this one
