4” pot without drainage

I think that it should have drainage to be honest, and maybe a bigger pot. It is very exposed to the light too but that’s just a few suggestions from me πŸͺ΄πŸͺ΄πŸͺ΄
I can only offer what I've learned from a few failed attempts at growing the leaves directly from the fruit after I cut it, mine does great in 3-6 hours of direct sunlight then 6 more under the grow light (my window spaces are not amazing for high-light plants) and I give it a light fertilizer weekly (15-15-10). To clarify this is just personal trial and error! They did poorly without good (but not overly strong) light and a larger plastic pot with a mix of potting and cactus soil.
