Hey Harriet, it looks like your succulents are in normal potting soil, this will prove more than enough fertiliser for them especially if it had slow release pellets in it. Succulents are native to nutrient poor soils so any organic matter in their mix is normally plenty.

I sometimes give a feed with a general purpose succulents/cacti feed which is a about half as strong as the bottle says to make it. If you want to.

Also i would get them out of regular potting soil when you can as this has a habit of getting compacted over time and holding on to water which they wont like. If you use a succulent soil mix or add in some gravel/perlite to help it drain better.
