#repotting

Ok yall I really need some advice! I’m repotting a couple of pots for a lady. The plants are from her mothers and brothers funeral. She lost them a year apart. First they had no drainage so I fixed that. I’m trying to make it less “all over the place” if that makes sense. How can I clean it up without taking away all the growth?? #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #GregGang @sarahsalith #boymomplantmom
First pic is before I touched them. Second and third are where I’m at. Then trying to prop this #Diffenbachia up. Give me all your 💡 ideas.
I kind of had the same thing happen. My mom brought all the plants from my grandma’s funeral and she wanted me to save them. Have the same diffenbachia. I ended up putting the diffen in pon because nothing else made it happy. So with this ladies it looks like everything is so leggy. Which is going to make it really hard to clean it up. You might have no choice but to chop some and prop it. At least the syng and fern will be on similar watering schedules to be potted together but it’s def tricky.
@KDkat3 maybe chop and put back in the pot to make it fuller? I’m just scared some might not take
@Boymom-plantmom I think that’s the best you could do. How soon do they want it back? If you can hold on to it for a bit you can keep a close eye on it.
@KDkat3 I went ahead and put the cuttings in a cute mushroom water jar. She came today to pick them up and brought me her peace lily to repot!! I told her to IGNORE them for about 2 weeks!! What a sweet soul she was ❤️❤️
@Boymom-plantmom oh that peace Lilly is gonna throw a fit lol
@KDkat3 lol oh I know haha
