Anyone know what this is?

I recently noticed this yellow spot on my monstera deliciosa, when I googled it, it says that it’s a rust fungus. Is it true? And how do I treat it as it claims it’s contagious. Thank you! #Monstera

Also, my rubber tree has these spots as well. Any help and advice will be appreciated!
