White… Mold? On Aloe Plant

There is this fuzzy white substance on my aloe plant. I’m not sure what this is. Is it normal? Or how do I get rid of it??

I’m currently battling mealy bugs too. I check a few times a day and kill any I see with alcohol on a q tip.
