Samurai new leaves turning yellow

Is it user error?? It’s finally not that dehydrated but the new leaves are turning yellow. Anything I’m doing wrong? It’s in as bright natural light as I can manage and not that much water (they prefer dry over wet) and otherwise good care. Don’t mind the bite marks from my bearded dragon. I don’t water it much at all.

So the soil isn't wet?

It's noticeable in the first picture, but not in the second picture. As long as the soil isn't staying too wet and it's getting adequate sunlight, I might just be stress.

I was thinking that too! And thanks 🤣 maybe it is user error. But why is it stressed? It popped up about a couple of weeks ago and didn’t get better. I don’t know how to help it. It seems to not be anything harmful though, the plant seems as happy as it can be with my user error 😂 I can’t stop laughing now.
