Overwatered Monstera Obliqua

I think I overwatered this plant as the leaves turned yellow and the soil wasn’t drying. I’ve since changed the soil and added perlite to allow the roots to dry out. Any tips of when to next water it? I don’t want to now underwater and let it completely dry out. It’s in a bathroom so it’s humid and I can see a new leaf growing too! Any help would be appreciated!
7ft to light, indirect
4” pot with drainage

Hello! I think you’re on the right track. Its good to let the top 2 inches of soil dry out before watering!

If you stick your finger in the soil & feel it dry up to your knuckle, it’s time for another watering! Otherwise, I’d hold off.
@elisenavidad ok perfect thank you.
I’ve noticed in places that are more humid you have a little more leeway with watering. Like it can dry a little more since it’s got so much humidity around it. Just hit that snooze button if Greg says it’s time to water but the soil is still wet. Good luck πŸ’šπŸŒ±
@Azplantchic I would agree with this!! @StackedCooperi
