Leaves are droopy and look sad. Iβve attached a before pic from 1 year ago too.

Hi Ellie, it looks like your Aglaonema might be struggling with a few things.
First, check the soil moisture. Aglaonemas like consistently moist soil, but not soggy. Water thoroughly when the top inch of soil feels dry. Second, ensure it's getting bright, indirect light. Direct sunlight can scorch the leaves.
Also, consider the temperature and humidity. Aglaonemas prefer warm temperatures and moderate humidity. If your home is dry, mist the leaves occasionally or use a humidifier.
Lastly, overfertilizing can also cause leaf damage. If you've been fertilizing, reduce the frequency.
With a little TLC, your Aglaonema should recover.

@USAGardenHub hello, thanks for your comment. I never water it when the soil is damp and usually wait until it is semi-dry. It is currently sat in a north-facing window so never gets direct sunlight. It has never been fertilised.
@ForestTherapy should do! Itβs sat on the windowsill of a north facing window.
