@DreamyTutsan46 Hi Christina! I would repot it if for no other reason than it doesn’t have drainage! Plants need drainage so that they don’t get root rot! So I would say yes! There is no way for the extra water the plant doesn’t use to dry out deep below causing rot! Good Luck!
I wouldn’t until it’s necessary. I see these much denser in their pots. Being a tropical I wouldn’t worry too much about lack of drainage but do keep a soil hydrometer around if it helps. Top couple of inches need to dry out but the base shouldn’t be soggy.
