Zebra plant’s leaves are curling
#beginnerplantparent Hi! My zebra plant’s leaves are starting to curl. A few of its leaves are also browning at the tips. I watered it a few days ago and its soil is still moist. Do you think water is the issue? #HappyPlants

By no means should this be taken as advice, but this made me realize my “zebra plant” might not be?? Haha 🙋🏻♀️ I have more questions #beginnerplantparent #HappyPlants
@elisenavidad Thanks for the tip. I have been taking the plant into the bathroom during showers but it may need more humidity than that.

I've read many posts on our Greg app saying that most plants don't like being moved around a lot but thrive when they can stay in their regular spot. Of course, some may need to be moved to the sink or bathtub for watering, and they're usually ok with that.
My recommendation from experience is to invest in a really good humidifier. It's well worth the money and your plants will love you for that.
Most folks also warn against misting, as this can create fungus on the soil, attract fungus gnats, and other problems with the leaves and soil.

@CutePolypremum Thanks for sharing your experience. I’ve had bad luck with plantlife in the past and want to do better this time around. I’ll definitely look into getting a humidifier for my Zebra plant and its siblings. 🍀💚
