How do I propagate these babies to share with a friend?

@AwaitedPukatea some people say to clip about a 4” section and circle it round a pot with 50/50 perlite and succulent soil. To get the soil moist, and then spritz every day for 2 weeks to root. I have never had success that way.
I have cut 2-3 sections that are 3-4” inches and strip the bottom 2-3 pearls and stick that stripped end into the soil. I spray the base of the stem daily for 2 weeks (or just use a pippette and drop the water on). You can pin them with strawberry pins to keep them in place (I do, because I have them). I bought my plant as 3” pot I believe. I have been trying to fill it out. This is a 4” pot, I have been doing this once a month for about 6 months and it’s working.

I've had success with clipping a vine with like 4 or 5 pearls on it and then putting it in soil and watering a little bit every day (a very small amount of water right where I want the roots to grow)
