the species in your plant profile is not a monstera! it’s a callisia. callisias are more related to tradescantia. you’re probably thinking of monstera standelyana, which is what he looks like to me :)
edit: TIL apparently they call the baltic blue pothos a dragon tail plant as well!!! smooth brain moment for me but oh well lol.

It is growing fenestrated leaves like Rhaphidaphora decursiva or philodendron dragon tail
