Should I repot and if the roots are starting to poke through the top of the soil?

I’ve had it since April and at first it was outside but some of the leaves got burnt and I lost I think two stems (used to be much fuller). You can see in the picture there’s only one now, I was hoping more would eventually grow back. I’ve seen nothing poking through the bottom.
