Please help me save Butterfly Betty the 2nd! My first one did the same thing until it just gave up on me. The previous one I tried regular soil, then leca balls and no luck. This one is planted in regular soil with the self watering bottom. I’ve added some cinnamon to keep the black gnats away. I’ve tried closer to a window and farther away. I just don’t know what to do.

I am so not an expert on Syngonium plants, but it looks like your plant could use some moisture in the air. Do you have a humidifier? These leaves won’t get any better so I would recommend that you trim off the dried parts or snip the entire leaf off. Doing this will help the plant to focus its energy on new growth.

I would take out of soil completely and put it in water.
