What’s wrong with my string of pearls??

I went and check on my string of pearls this morning and just now… and it’s completely different. What am I doing wrong?? #help #StringOfPearls #Succulent #southtexas
6” pot with drainage
Last watered 6 days ago
when you water, does the water drain out really fast? does it pool on top and seem to not soak into the soil? i can't be sure but looks like maybe your soil has become compacted hydrophobic) and not enough water is getting to the roots. if that is the case, it would help to carefully repot with fresh succulent mix. wait and see what others think too
I would definitely check the things @ehery said, and also how often are you watering it? Depending on your conditions, I water mine once a month or so.
Not sure is it getting enough sunlight? Wait till the soil is completely dried out before giving it a good water I heard they like to be fed at the bottom as well
@DotingGloriosa yours looks better than mine!!!

I've been told not to water from the top

Place a plate and add water to it

Also water when the "windows" are closed

Yours look open
Info: What is different from the last time you saw it?
It drains really well, it’s in succulent soil, it’s outside indirect sunlight (I did move it into the shade after I took the picture), watered it once since repotting it & it got some rain water the next day.
I live in south Texas and the heat index is thru the roof and humidity is high.
Discoloration: Too much light can cause your plant to discolor to a reddish brown tone. Give it a break for a week or so.
