Is this the white bug?
I can’t tell wether this is the white cactus bug. Can you help? This cactus has had the bug before.

Cut off all the dead or rotten parts, sit it on your counter for a few days to callous over, pot up in fresh cactus soil, let it rest for a week or so, then start watering as you usually would. Don’t forget these guys like full sun and to go bone dry between waterings. You might even want to wait a few more days once you notice it’s dry, before you water. Good luck 💚🌱
