I had to repot my prayer plant she went from beauty to yellow in one day. I know she was over wet. I seperated into 4 seperate pots now so she has some stretching room. All her roots looked healthy thank goodness

don’t fret! calatheas are notoriously finicky and hate when their routine is disrupted, but they bounce back once they settle in! a few yellow leaves after repotting is usually a sign of stress as the plant readjusts and acclimated to its new home. keeping my fingers crossed that she’ll calm down soon! πŸ€žπŸ’›
@lazyplantparent So you’re saying calatheas are divas!… 😜

Gosh I love this baby. My son got her for Mother’s Day. I hope repotting her wasn’t too traumatic
@PetLimabean Since you divided it into 4 plants, you have more chances of having one of them survive! πŸ˜… I’m thinking the dividing of the roots might have stressed it even more than the repotting. I think if you just let it be it will recover with time and usual TLC. πŸ™‚
Thank you
