Jade plant yellow leaves - what to do?

It's fine if the leaves are yellowing! But don't pick any more off. They are most likely turning yellow because the plant is taking all the nutrients out of those leaves, and using those nutrients to grow new leaves.

I notice you don't have drainage in that pot. You really want a pot with drainage.
