Lots of Flowers, but No Tomatoes

I have two #Tomato plants, one of which is doing great and producing large tomatoes. The other one has *tons* of flowers, but has only started to produce one tiny tomato all spring. Since the other one is fruiting and there seem to be plenty of pollinators, I would have thought that this plant (which actually has healthier leaves) should have more fruit than this?

Is there a step Iโ€™m missing? Other tricks to set fruit? Is there a pest or disease that could cause this? Or do I just need to be patient? It never seemed to be this hard to grow tomatoes in the past ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿซฃ

Get a tiny Paint brush and tickle the inside of each flower on the moon producing plant.
This may be the issue.
I belive tomatoes come after flowers but I could be wrong
@ZestfulCentro Thank you! Iโ€™ll give this a try!
