Monstera White Tiger Nodes
Hello! I recently purchased this Monstera White Tiger cutting and it surprisingly came with TWO nodes. Iโ€™ve been heavily debating on whether or not I should separate the two nodes so that I can potentially grow two separate plants. What do yโ€™all think? Any advice would be super helpful ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ #Monstera #MonsteraAlbo
I say let them develop a good root system and then split, itโ€™s an absolutely beautiful plant and such a nice surprise!! Where did you purchase from and how much was it? Iโ€™m looking into them right now
@Mrgncrch Got it! Thank you! ALSO YEAH I WAS INCREDIBLY SURPRISED WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE. Itโ€™s GORGEOUS and has an amazing amount of variegation! I bought it from ETSY. Link is below! I was reading the comments and seems that this seller upgrades pretty much all of his nodes to ones with leaves! But I think I got really lucky with getting two nodes! I might go enter the lottery ๐Ÿ˜‚https://www.etsy.com/listing/1232033377/
@PlanTitaAlyx Girl run to get those lottery tickets๐Ÿคฃ!!!
@Mrgncrch HAHAHA say less, Iโ€™m already on my way ๐Ÿ˜‚
I would say wait until they develop roots! Iโ€™ve had times where Iโ€™ve separated them and because there was not enough stem to โ€œrotโ€ in case it did, it would end up eating the whole node and eventually kill my cutting ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ˜ญ
@kscape OH NO IM SO SORRY FOR UR LOSS ๐Ÿ˜ญ OKAY yeah Iโ€™m definitely gonna keep it as is for now, thank you!
@Mrgncrch me too I want one ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ
