@PeachyLovage Hi Fatima, how often do you change the water?
@princesspitstop I justdid a full water change 1 week ago when I checkedthe roots, but other than that, if the water didnt seem to be dirty i would just top off
You need to change the water every week in order to keep bacteria from building up. Even if it doesn't look dirty. Also, If the water is stagnant for too long, the roots can't get enough oxygen and start to rot, causing leaf loss. Are you using tap water if so you might want to start using distilled instead. I hope this helps. Make those small changes and see if it makes a difference.
