13” pot without drainage

Possibly overwatering, but I'd need to see more pics of the plant and soil to confirm. Based on the info in your plant card, I see a few things that would contribute to the problem. One is the pot without drainage. Drainage holes are important for the health of your plant, they help the soil dry out faster between waterings and also let excess fertilizer and mineral buildup be flushed out.

Are you following Greg's watering reminders? Because every 6 days for a 13" pot sounds WAY too often. Think of them as suggestions more than anything. You should always check the soil before watering, rather than watering on a set schedule. Fiddle figs like their soil to almost completely dry out between waterings. If the soil is still damp when you get a reminder to water, hit the "snooze" button and it will remind you again in a few days. Hit it as many times as you need to until the soil is dried out. The more you use the app, the more accurate the reminders will be.

There's a chance your fiddle fig is already suffering from root rot, but the only way to confirm is to pull it out of the pot and inspect the roots. Rotten roots will be mushy, darker in color, have a foul odor, or some combo of the three. Remove any affected roots and repot in fresh, dry soil. Make sure to use a pot with drainage holes at the bottom.
They also like humidity.
Here is a good visual explanation of Monstera issues. I hope this helps.
