@LordlyLukasikii - Hello Raina 😊

First, I want to say I LOVE your name πŸ₯° So unique and different, which I LOVE!

Next, yes a better draining pot and soil will help your bears paw a LOT! These guys LOVE quick draining soil, a terracotta pot, and good aeration!
Your oasis says no drainage! Is that accurate? If so, that’s no the best for a bears paw because they are succulents and basically require drainage! If water gets trapped in the pot and can’t escape, it’ll cause root rot and you do not want that! It’s a big hassle!

Your oasis also says indirect light! Is that accurate?! If so, moving it to direct sun/grow lights will also help it a LOT as these guys love the sun/light!
I am supplementing with a grow light right now! Then once it gets warmer outside, I’ll move it!
