Hello πŸ‘‹ You can try cutting all the rot off, then let it callous over. (Grow new tissue on the end so it’s not open) Then stick it dry soil for anywhere between a couples weeks and a month. Pulll gently every once in a while to see when roots start to grow. Lots and lots of bright light, even gentle direct. This still might not work, but if you love, give it a try. Side note: Cactus don’t want damp soil when they are fresh cuttings. They need dry soil so they can send roots out in search of water. Good luck πŸ’šπŸŒ±
@Azplantchic thank you! I received it in very saturated soil but it’s my first euphorbia. I thought it was normal until it started looking water logged
