Welcome to Greg Naavy from the land down under. πŸ™‚ There are several possible reasons for brown spots on your Kenyan Violet leaves.
▫️When watering this plant, try to avoid getting water on the leaves. Consider bottom watering it.
▫️Also keep this plant away from drafts from air vents or windows.
πŸ’§Over/Under Watering: Consider using the finger soil method before watering your plant. This method allows your plant to tell you its thirsty. πŸ™ƒOnly water your plant when the top inch (2.54 cm) of the soil feels dry, which is approximately the 1st knuckle on your index finger.
▫️Disease called bacteria leaf spot. If the brown on the leaves had a yellow halo, then the plant has bacterial leaf spot and one of the causes of this disease is overwatering. Remove or trim off the damage on the leaves, using sterilized cutting tools and spray it with neem oil.
β˜€οΈToo much direct sunlight. They thrive in bright indirect light.
▫️ Over fertilizing
▫️pest infestation: Examine your plant for signs of pest. neem oil is also good for treating pest.
πŸ™I hope your beautiful Kenyan Violet plant will make a speedy recovery.
