Is the coloring normal?

It looks β€œsun stressed”, but that’s okay, as long as it doesn’t get too much of it. It’s the normal coloring that happens when a plant receives more sun than it needs; a little or even some isn’t going to hurt it, just make sure it doesn’t get too much.
@TheOddAsity just thought I’d tag you in case I’m wrong.
@TopdogOregonash yeah, like @EZLennyLance said, when it gets those really rich sun rays, it takes on a rosy hue. I have a variegated SOP and the pink really shows up on the creamy yellow part. Your plant looks great from what I can see.
It seems like it is a light sun stress.
