Rust or Leaf Spots

Recently my alocaisa has developed some spots on its leaves. To make sure it doesn’t spread (if it is rust) i’ve been spraying the leaves down with neem oil. Before I remove this otherwise healthy leaf i want to make sure that it is in fact infected before i do so.

I would isolate it if you’re not going to cut the leaf off. neem oil isn’t strong enough to treat fungal/bacteria infections you need sulfur or a copper spray. Rust can spread quickly to other leaves/plants.
