I had the same issue with my desert roses from seed. You must keep the soil moist, but not wet. The light has to be bright, but indirect.

For me, the hardest thing was getting past the first three or four leaves.
@strawberrymoon is right- the first few leaves will fall away and the other leaves take much longer to grow.
@CenteredTarbush They may have been buried too far into the soil. I had that problem when growing coleus and polka dot plants. The owner of the Etsy store sent me another set and they actually grew since I had the correct information when I did it the second time. It was a fun experience.
Thanks, It's my fault. I didn't explain well. My seeds have grown since one week ago and now I have three little seedlings with two little leafs. I'm waiting for third and forth leafs hopelessly.
@CenteredTarbush the first two leaves are not true leaves; the true leaves can take longer to grow :)
@KikisOasis thanks
@strawberrymoon thanks for your explanation
@sarahsalith thanks, I think, your comment is right. I have the same problem with zinnia and aptennia seedling too. All of them have only two leafs.
Also fyi if ever have trouble growing seedlings it’s more than likely not warm enough they need 19c minimum
