Yellow leaf

Hey there! I got this anthurium cutting about a week ago, it was doing just fine, i asked for some tips and transferred it into sphagnum moss so its roots could grow better, but now its only leaf has gone yellow overnight, what should i do? 🌱
12ft to light, direct
3” pot without drainage
Last watered 1 month ago
How are the roots?
@Pittyplantlover They haven’t been growing, i checked today and they look the same as a week ago.
@Lorstelf is your moss wet? Maybe she’s drying out.
@Pittyplantlover i thought it could be that but the bottom of the pot was pretty wet, i did add some water to the top cause i was afraid she’d dry out
Make sure the sphagnum is just moist, not soggy wet. And cinnamon powder helps rooting
@Araceae thanks a lot!
Get a large fish tank and spread the moss along the bottom of the empty tank. Place the node on top of the moss and spray water in one corner or add a bit of water to the moss at the corner where the roots nor the foliage get wet. Make sure the tank has a bright light on the cover and enclose the tank. Wrap Saran Wrap around the tank and plug it in, leave the light on and walk away. Your node is now living in an environment where the roots are forced to grow out and you don’t have to water for several months. This gets nodes growing leaves that can be quite healthy and they’ll be acclimated to moss. Once you have enough foliage, you can gently pull up the plant and the roots and attached moss to pot. Don’t ever throw away nodes if you lose the leaves. This is the safest and most stress less method of growing new foliage. It’s a controlled environment that you can monitor without worrying about its health. Just be ready to add a tiny bit of water if you notice it stops looking humid in there.
