The leaves on my olive trees are covered with small black bugs. The leaves have all fallen off. Tried pest oil and pyrethrum to no avail. Don’t want to lose them. Any ideas of what to do?

Can you get a picture of the bugs? Maybe they are aphids.

I like to use insecticidal soap. You can use something made commercially or you can look on the Internet and find a recipe to make it yourself. 

I hope you can get rid of the bugs so your trees can thrive. 💚

As you can see the trees have lost all their leaves due to this little bug
