Leaves are soft and droopy. Is this to much water?

#Pineapple - Is this considered a house plant? I was given this beautiful Pineapple and was planning to plant in yard. I live in a zone 10+. Should it be indoors?
I don’t get enough sun in my home as our windows face north and south. Can I plant in yard?
Yes. Overwatering. But if you are watering on the right schedule and the right amount of water then it could be of some non drainage holes clogged. You should replace it some time maybe next week. The plant looks bigger than the pot. If you don’t want root rot then you better replace bigger pot.
Thank you!
This is my Pineapple Plant.
@user4706 wow! Looks so healthy and happy! I think I should try planting pineapple next time.
@Saturn572, try it you’ll enjoy watching it grow. When you purchase the pineapple. Pull off some of the bottom leaves.
Yes agree overwatering and needs a bigger pot. Looks crowded but also going to be a big plant in the long run. I have one as well growing new leaves seems to be a slow growth which is good for me. Lol
