If it helps, that looks like an alocasia, not a calathea. Alocasias are prone to dropping leaves as they push new ones out. I also noticed your pot doesn't have drainage, which could potentially lead to root rot, and that would also cause these issues. I'd recommend putting it in a nursery pot with drainage, and a chunky soil mix.
