It has reddish colour on its leaves ,is that good

@BeamingBasil40 That looks like either a really bad sunburn, or rot. Do the discolored leaves feel squishy? If yes, it's rot and they need to be pulled. If they're firm, then it's probably sunburn. I've attached some pics of what a healthy sun stressed succulent can look like for comparison.

Pinks & Reds usually come about due to a little sun stress, or sometimes from temperature stress (when the weather turns cool).

Post a picture of your plant so we can admire it. πŸ˜‰

But how can i make it look better again
If it's rot, you need to pull those leaves off. If it's burned, there's nothing to do for them until the plant grows out more. Plants need to be acclimated to direct sunlight over time, especially if they're outside. Morning light and afternoon shade is a good first step.
