Help my variegated baby rubber plant please!
I know it's a variegated plant but it's growth has been stagnent for a while now and I'm not sure how to help it. It's still recovering from a long period of not being watered but this was about 2-3 months ago. It's really pretty and I do not want it to die. It is current under a grow light.

Yes, @KikiGoldblatt - I love worm castings and I've been watching enough of Amanda from Planterina that I just may pick up some stinky Fish emulsion. I am pretty sure my local farm supply store has a bottle.

@jcPlantProper Yes I can give it natural light, I just put it under the grow light. Should I move it to direct light?
