How often do you water?
Is the brown leaf pointing towards the light or away from light?
He might be needing more humidity 🙂
Might also just be needing more light or he is thirsty.
@KindBilberry with the leaves browning from the tips and the fact that it's in a glazed pot with no drainage, I'm betting it's got root rot from being overwatered. Those pots hold moisture and Dracaena don't like their feet wet. You should remove it from it's pot and inspect the roots for any that are black and mushy and remove them. You might also spray with a fungicide just to be safe. Then repot it in fresh soil and in a pot with drainage. Hope this helps and Good Luck 🍀💚
I water once a week. Now that I think about it, I think he just doesn't like the pot he is in cause it doesn't have a drainage hole.
Oh, ok, thank you for the knowledge (since I'm new to taking care of plants). I will definitely do that. 👍
