Yes you can use the same fertilizer of all your plants. Just make sure it is a NPK fertilizer.
What that means is it will contain:
N- Nitrogen- For Foilage Growth
P- Phosphorous- For Root Growth
K- Potassium - For the Overall Health
You want to make sure whatever you pick has all three.
The numbers on the front stand for the percentage of NPK in your fertilizer.
It will look like this, with many variations.
10-10-10
5-10-5
9-3-6
Personally I prefer liquid because it get mixed in water and you can dilute it for specific plants as needed
an example would be cacti and succulents. They like lower amounts. Plus liquid gives them an instant nutrient boost and is easier for plants to absorb.
As long as yours has the 3 essentials you are good.
Personally I use Super Thrive Foilage Pro for all of mine. It's economical and not lab made (synthetic). That's just my preference though.
Please don't use the above suggestion of banana and orange peels. That would just attract bugs to your plant babies. ❤️
